Here's pics from our first hike of the year at Hite's Cove in the Sierras. The trail is along one of the forks of the Merced River running out of the Sierras and Yosemite Valley. As you can, the spring wild flowers were in full bloom and we even ran across a few salamanders which is unique to the spring as it's too hot and dry later in the year. Miranda was accompanied by her "friend that's a boy" Justin.
